How do I start services?

The best way to start our work together is to first have a 15-min free consultation to explore if our services are a good fit with your needs. Our next sessions typically will include further consultation to explore your concerns and collaboratively decide on a treatment plan that works for you.

What should I expect to see after a few sessions?

While everyone’s healing journey is different, after a few sessions you can expect to see yourself making steps towards your goals. Even in moments where you feel stuck, you won’t be alone. Your therapist will collaboratively work with you to find the barriers and hurdles keeping you from being where you want to be and plan the steps needed to help you move forward. Some of the hard work that is involved in therapy might take place directly during sessions, as well as work being done by yourself in between sessions.

Are sessions online or in person?

Kind Guide, PLLC offers online psychotherapy. In-person sessions are not being offered at this time. With online sessions you get to participate in therapy from the comfort of your own home. This often works more favorably as we can directly practice and rehearse skills in your actual living environment.
